Create Outside Process Purchase Orders through the CSI and SyteLine Material Planner Workbench instead of using the standard automatic PO creation process.

This enhancement gives users greater control over outside processing purchases by allowing multiple requirements for the same vendor to be consolidated onto a single Purchase Order. The solution then creates the same vendor shipping records used by the standard Outside Process Management workflow.

A supporting script identifies Purchase Order lines that are cross-referenced to Job materials but do not yet have vendor shipping records. The required records are then created automatically.
