Quality Control Systems Course

Learn how to configure and use the CSI and SyteLine Quality Control System through eight instructor-led, 90-minute remote training sessions.

This course covers the full Quality Control System lifecycle, from initial setup and inspection planning through material review, customer quality processes, change management, and advanced quality topics. Training is led by a Quality Engineer and supports unlimited attendees.

Training Sessions

Session 1: Quality Setup, Parameters, and Codes
Review Quality Control System parameters, codes, and foundational configuration.

Session 2: QC Items, Gauges, Tests, and Supplier Inspection
Set up quality items, gauges, and tests. Learn supplier inspection processes, including Vendor Return Material Authorizations.

Session 3: In-Process and Job Inspection
Cover IP Job Inspection, First Part Inspection, QC Operation Inspection, and Ad Hoc inspection using Quick Receiver MRR.

Session 4: Material Review Reports and Trend Analysis
Learn how to manage Material Review Reports and analyze quality trends.

Session 5: Customer and Pre-Shipment Inspection
Review customer inspection processes and how to inspect inventory before shipment.

Session 6: Customer Complaints and RMAs
Learn how to manage customer complaints and Return Material Authorizations.

Session 7: Advanced QCS Topics
Explore QCS Enterprise, topic management, change management, Acceptable Quality Level, and First Article Inspection.

Session 8: Homework Review and Practical Application
Complete and review a homework assignment designed to reinforce the concepts covered throughout the course.
