Quality Control Systems Course

The Quality Control System has eight (90) minute session designed to take you from setup and configuration, through the process of the entire lifecycle of Quality Control System.

Session 1: Parameters and Codes.

Session 2: QC Items and Gauges and Tests. Supplier Inspection to include Vendor Return Material Authorization (Vendor RMA's). 

Session 3: IP Job Inspection, First Part Inspection, QC Operation Inspection, Ad Hoc (Quick Receiver MRR) inspection.

Session 4: Material Review Reports and Trend Analysis.  

Session 5: Customer Inspection, Inspect material out of inventory prior to shipment, 

Session 6: Customer Complaints and Return Material Authorization (RMA's),

Session 7: QCS Enterprise, Topics, Change Management, Acceptable Quality Level (AQL), First Article Inspection.

Session 8: Homework Assignment.
