Customer PO required on all Customer Orders

Ensure every CSI or SyteLine Customer Order includes a Customer Purchase Order number before the order can be saved or processed.

This enhancement updates the Customer Order IDO to make the Customer PO field required. It also adds validation to prevent users from leaving the field blank, helping enforce consistent order-entry standards across the organization.
