Supplier deactivated with expired certificates

Track vendor certifications and automatically control purchasing status based on certification expiration dates.

This solution updates the QC Vendors Approved Until date to reflect the vendor’s current certification expiration date. When a certification reaches its expiration date or becomes past due, the vendor status is automatically changed to Suspended.

While the vendor is suspended, users cannot create new Purchase Orders for that vendor. Existing Purchase Orders can still be received, allowing materials already in process to be completed while preventing new purchasing activity until the certification is renewed.
