This solution uses standard CSI Item Attributes functionality to store flow-down details for each item. Because item numbers are unique by customer, the requirements can be maintained from the Item record and associated with the correct customer-specific part.

A reusable subreport retrieves the Item Attribute values based on the item number. The subreport can then be added to CSI and SyteLine form reports where the item number is available through the report IDO.
